soluable in fat. Vitamin E can be found in many different types
of oil but most notably in Wheatgerm Oil.

Vitamin E Oil is a natural anti-oxidant and Vitamin E itself
should be part of a balanced, healthy diet. As the oil is an
anti-oxidant it is great at preventing damage to the skin and
is also a great moisturisier. It has been said to help with
anti ageing and is an ingredient in many anti ageing products.
It is also good for reducing minor scars such as acne and
reducing stretch marks.
