£13.99

The Ylang Ylang tree originates from the South Sea Islands and Southern Asia. It has long been used as an aphrodisiac and is said to have a beneficial effect on the reproductive system, curing problems such as impotence. In parts of the Pacific Rim, ylang ylang is associated with weddings and honeymoons, the petals being strewn on the couple's bed. It is extremely calming. The aroma is sweet and uplifting and can combat feelings of stress, anxiety and depression. Ylang Ylang should be used sparingly as its heavy scent can cause headaches in people sensitive to heavy floral scents.

Latin Name : Cananga Odorata. Part of Plant Used : Flowers. Source : Camores. Extraction Method : Steam Distillation.
