- How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE for all orders £5.00 or over in the United Kingdom ONLY. Smaller UK purchases carry a postage and packing charge of only £1.00.
ALL overseas orders carry a postage and packing charge depending on value of purchase.
You also qualify for a mystery free gift if your order is over £10.00, which we will send with your order.
- How long will delivery take?
We try to send out orders the same day as the order, but sometimes it will be the next working day, depending on time of order.
We use Royal Mail to send out orders, so, on average, your order should reach you 1 - 3 days after placing the order, although sometimes it may take longer during public holidays, Christmas, postal strikes or if it is an overseas order.Please note that orders purchased by cheque will be sent out as soon as funds clear.
- Which methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payments by credit or debit card using PayPal or Nochex.
We also accept payments by cheque or postal order, payable to dotcom Allsorts.
Please note that we ONLY accept United Kingdom cheques/postal orders in UK Pounds Sterling.
- Why do I have to register as a customer?
When you register, your contact and delivery details are stored securely online in your account, so you do not have to resubmit your details every time you place an order. When you make a purchase, all you have to do is log in and your details are prefilled during the checkout process.
You can also check the delivery status of your current orders, view your previous orders and update or amend your contact details online in your own personal customer area by logging in. Please note that credit card details are NEVER stored!
- Can I check the delivery status of my order online?
Yes, all you have to do is log in with your user name and password and you will be able to check whether your order is still being processed or has been dispatched.
You will also receive an automated email, telling you when your order is being processed or has been dispatched.
- Is shopping here safe?
Yes. As we use third party credit card processors like PayPal, we NEVER have access to your credit card details at any time. You are transferred to the secure servers of PayPal when you make your payment.
- My order has arrived broken. What shall I do?
We pack our goods well, but in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, contact us in the first instance, explaining what has happened and we will help you.
